SOUL TRAIN VISITS MORGANTOWN
LIOR and JOE made for a delightful evening July 21st. The social hall was full, the snacks table was over-flowing and the program was delightful. Lior provided the music. A talented violinist he served up a menu of classics plus original arrangements, all accompanied by a lively chatter. Joe was the photograher. He was taping Lior for an upcoming documentary. Joe had been to Haiti to cover the Hadassah-Israeli Defense Forces Hospital, which was the first hospital on the scene after the earthquake. Undeterred by our non-cooperative television set, Joe presented his stories and photos from a portable DVD. His memory of people and events was awesome, as were his skills as a raconteur.
